Please use the form below to upload your invoice. Make sure your invoice includes the following information:
• Your legal name or business entity
• Your full address, including city, state, and zip code
• The date of the invoice
• The service provided and the date it was provided
• The amount due
• A unique invoice number (Ex. #001, #002)
You can expect payment via direct deposit within 10 business days of submission. If you haven’t already created an account in Gusto, expect an email invite within 5 business days.
